This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the services or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the services or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

Any unauthorized use of the services or its contents will terminate the permission or license granted by Bedmaking. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Bedmaking.

6. User-Generated Content

Users may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise transmit content through the services ("User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Bedmaking a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not infringe on the rights of any third party. Bedmaking does not endorse any User-Generated Content and disclaims any liability for any content submitted by users.

We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove any User-Generated Content at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe that such content violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of the services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on the bedmaking.info website. All fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your use of the services.

Payment will be processed through a third-party payment processor, and you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of such payment processor. Bedmaking is not responsible for any errors or issues that arise during the payment process.

We reserve the right to change our pricing and payment terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the bedmaking.info website, and your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing and payment terms.

In no event shall Bedmaking’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law and shall survive termination of these Terms.

10. Termination

Bedmaking may terminate or suspend your access to the services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligation to pay any outstanding fees or charges incurred prior to termination.
